“This quilt is based on the pattern Aunt Millie’s Garden by Piece O’ Cake Designs. I was drawn to the unique flowers in this design. The border was changed by dividing the border fabrics with the vine. I also wanted the vine and flowers to continue around the whole quilt. The border was a little bit of a challenge but I’m pleased with the result.”

“The design for this quilt was inspired by a coloring book drawing suggested by my husband. I tried to use as many different fabrics as I could that were chosen from my wonderful stash. This quilt was started in 1996, took a vacation for many years and finally completed as a winter project.”

“This quilt design especially appealed to me because of the secondary designs that form in the intersections of the blocks. Fun with Berry Math!”
