FM Quilters 4B Project Continues To Spread Joy
Our quarterly delivery of quilts to the Fargo Veterans Administration Hospital came at just the right time. Twenty-two quilts were delivered to the hospital on March 23 by Kendra Hull and Kate Ulmer of Fargo Moorhead Quilters. “Steve [Sanders, a specialist in the Center for Development and Civic Engagement] said that their cabinet was getting bare so our donation was timely” according to Kate.
The quilts made and donated by our members are distributed to veterans receiving inpatient care at the hospital.
4Bs Quilts will be a yearlong project with the next gathering-in of donations to take place during National Quilt Day in June at our regular meet up. Here’s the link to the requirements for donated quilts. You do not need to be a member of FMQuilters to donate a quilt to the project.
