In June Stephanie Lacher will teach us a different way to use our scraps. We will be learning how to turn those scraps into rugs using a knot making technique and a single needle. The process is a form of nalbinding known as a toothbrush rug or an Amish rug. You should be abe to make a mug rug or placemat in class, or continue with the project until you have a floor rug.

All you need for this project is about a yard of fabric and a scissor. The needle will be purchased from the instructor in class for $5.00.
