Tip of the Week: You Don’t Need Four Hands to Hang A Quilt

Our newest member Sarah Tron showed us a nifty little hanger that allows a single person to hang quilts by yourself and keep them nice and level. The Hangit Dangit is a telescoping rod that feeds through a sleeve and will support the weight of even a bed size quilt without sagging. And because it hangs from a central point, it is self leveling and allows the quilt to be hung by a single person.

Hangit Dangit is comes in three sizes and is available online at the company website as well as on Amazon and selected quilt shops.

If you find it hard to believe, Sarah tells us she used them to hang her mother’s quilts with little fuss or bother in a very short time–even the bed sized ones. This YouTube video shows it in action.
