How about 3 days of concentrated work time with a bunch of fellow FM Quilters? The Spring Retreat is always a hit and here’s your chance to grab a table for this year’s retreat.
HOURS – The doors to the retreat will open at 8:00 AM on Friday, March 7th. You will be able to sew until 11:45pm Friday and Saturday, and until 4:00pm on Sunday.
COST – The cost for the retreat is $110.00 for members and $145.00 for non-members for the entire weekend. Early registration for members will be accepted at the Holiday Luncheon. Registration opens on the website December 1st, 2024.
LODGING – Hotel rooms will be available at a negotiated rate of $150 for 1 King Bed (includes sofa bed) or $170 for 2 queen beds (includes sofa bed) if you mention the Fargo Moorhead Quilters when you call for reservations. The rate is good at both the DoubleTree by Hilton 701-551-0120 or Homewood Suites by Hilton 701-551-5800. Please make reservations on or before the cutoff day of February 5th, 2025. The rates are good for the night of March 6 if you want to arrive the night before.
FOOD – Meals will be on your own. For your convenience there is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, or there are many other local restaurant options in the area. Coffee, water and light snacks will be provided. No outside food will be allowed in the conference room.
SEATING – Each participant is allocated a 6’ table for their work space. If you would like to sit near friends, please list their names below. We will try our best to accommodate requests.
REGISTRATION – The registration fee is non-refundable but is transferrable to another person. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be given.
