Learn to create a beautiful 8″x10″ needle felted landscape using an iconic prairie sunset picture ready to be framed — no experience needed! You’ll learn the techniques needed to create a compelling design with depth and perspective using color, shape, and texture with wool roving. The class kit includes all tools and materials required to create your landscape. A sample design will be provided.
Kit fee: $10 payable to instructor
Kit includes:
- Foam needle felting block
- Variety pack of single felting needles
- Multi-needle felting tool
- Nonwoven wool felt sheet
- Wool roving in multiple colors
Students will provide:
- Small scissors
- Fabric marking pen
- Awl or skewer
